I listen to podcasts as part of my everyday learning — often while walking, commuting, or doing daily tasks.

I love how podcasts let me access real voices and authentic conversations, free from the competitive pressure of views or viral trends seen on other platforms.

As of April 2025, I follow around 194 shows across a wide range of topics — in both English and Japanese. These include not only tech and design (my professional interests), but also philosophy, social issues, fitness, science, biology, and language learning.

I'm especially drawn to podcasts that blend disciplines or offer alternative perspectives: for example, design from a systems-thinking point of view, or biology through the lens of ecology and philosophy. I enjoy content that slows me down and makes me reflect deeply.

This database is where I collect, organize, and revisit what I’ve learned. It's a personal knowledge archive, and also a preparation for future use — like feeding it to AI to analyze my interests or recommend new ideas based on my listening habits.
